Coralie was a reporter in Miami from 2001-05 for The Associated Press, where she covered
national breaking news stories including the investigation into the 9/11 terrorists, the shoe
bomber, hurricanes, and Cuban and Haitian immigration. She also developed beats on the
environment and the Florida Keys. Prior to that, she was a state capitol correspondent in
Minnesota covering the administration of Gov. Jesse Ventura, writing for the St. Paul Legal
Ledger, the Mesabi Daily News and The Minnesota Daily. She also spent nine months in
Washington, D.C., covering Congress, the White House and the Supreme Court in 1999 as an
intern for the Star Tribune of Minneapolis. Most recently, she has written travel stories for
the AP.
